These terms apply to purchases made in the Loop & Twine shop. Our general Privacy Policy applies to all visitors.

What you buy

Patterns are digital files (PDF) and/or video tutorials delivered after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Your license

You may use a pattern to make items for yourself, as gifts, and to sell finished items you make. You may not share, resell, upload, or redistribute the pattern files or their text, images, or video.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details.

Delivery

Download links are sent after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, contact us at the contact page.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
