Because patterns are digital downloads, we do not accept returns after a file has been delivered.

When you get a refund

• The file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be opened, and we cannot fix it within 7 days.
• The pattern is materially different from its listing description.
• You were charged twice for the same pattern.

How to ask

Write to us through the contact page with your order email and a short description. We reply within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can fix the problem quickly.
